Naked, the brand behind the popular on-the-go smoothie, is turning its attention to fibre intake with the launch of Naked Fibre Machine. Every bottle delivers 4.2g of fibre per serving from a blend of kiwi, apple and spinach, boosted with chicory root fibre and apple cider vinegar.
Nutritional profile and positioning
Suitable for vegans, each bottle contains vitamins C, B1, B2, B6 and E. The launch follows Naked Protein Machine, a protein smoothie made with real fruit and boosted with 10g of pea protein per serving.
“Health is no longer aspirational and can be actively supported with small, meaningful improvements,” said Liz Ashdown, marketing director at Tropicana Brands Group. “We’ve seen how quickly interest in nutrition and wellbeing has grown, with 46% of consumers now ranking gut health as their top health priority.
Rollout and availability
“Naked Fibre Machine is a delicious way to add fibre to your everyday routine, without compromising on taste or convenience – it’s a great tasting smoothie first, with fibre as an added nutritional benefit.”
Naked Fibre Machine is rolling out this week in a 300ml single-serve format (RRP £3.00), alongside the 750ml take-home packs (RRP £4.50) already available.
