A man who lost nine stone and feared he would need tummy tuck surgery to remove excess skin says he avoided an operation using a six-step at-home routine.

When Marc McKee weighed 23st 4lbs, doctors warned he might not see his 40th birthday. He started taking Mounjaro jabs and dropped nine stone in under a year.
