Maya Jama showcased her incredible curves in a black bikini as she soaked up the sun in Italy on Wednesday, ahead of her return to host Love Island at the start of June. The television personality, 31, flaunted her jaw-dropping figure in the two-piece swimwear as she posed for the camera during her holiday.
Romantic Getaway with Ruben Dias
Maya is in Italy with her footballer boyfriend Ruben Dias, and the couple recently shared cosy snaps together while in Rome. Although he did not appear in her latest Instagram Story upload, she still highlighted her remarkable physique while enjoying the sunshine. This comes after she appeared more loved-up than ever on Monday, posting pictures from their romantic getaway that included sightseeing, Italian wine, and tiramisu.
Stylish Moments and Sightseeing
Maya looked incredible in the tiny black two-piece as she posed for a mirrored selfie before slipping into a chic ensemble to stroll through the city with the Manchester City player, 28. The lovebirds, who have been dating since late 2024, visited the Vatican and the nearby Colosseum before returning to the luxurious Bvlgari hotel, which costs £1,500 per night. Maya captioned the post: "Can you tell I love it here."
Love Island Return Confirmed
The start date for the new series of Love Island has finally been confirmed, with the popular ITV2 dating show returning for its 13th season very soon. Maya will once again host the programme, which is set to air from June 1, 2026, according to The Sun. A source told the publication: "After an explosive All Stars where the drama just kept on coming, bosses are keen to keep the ball rolling and head into the summer series full throttle. They're talking to some of the most gorgeous and entertaining Islanders yet because it all comes down to the cast. Everything looks set for kick off June 1st all being well with plans. As All Stars proved, you never know what can happen!" The Daily Mail has contacted ITV for comment.
Previous Series and Host History
Last year's series of Love Island aired between June 9 and August 4, 2025. Maya joined the show as host in January 2023, taking over from Laura Whitmore, 40. The most recent edition was the spin-off Love Island All Stars, which aired from January 15 to February 2026 and featured former Islanders returning to the iconic villa in South Africa. Viewers voted Ciaran Davies and Samie Elishi as the winners, but the couple split shortly after returning to the UK.
