Emmerdale Spoilers: Cain Attacks Tom to Protect Belle

Next week's three episodes of Emmerdale are packed with drama. Cain Dingle takes decisive action to protect his sister Belle from the impending release of Tom King, but his move puts him at odds with Sam Dingle. Elsewhere, Kim Tate struggles with her relationship with newly-discovered daughter Thea Ramsden, and Nicola King faces a potential setback in her connection with Kev Barton.

Cain's Violent Plan Unravels

On Monday, November 9, as Sam, Belle, and Kammy Hadiq anticipate Samson Dingle's homecoming, they are disturbed to learn that Tom has been beaten up and is in critical condition. Belle is horrified when Cain admits he orchestrated the attack, and Sam receives a call saying that due to the attack, Samson won't be coming home.

As the rest of the family realise Cain was behind everything, Sam loses it and attacks his brother before collapsing into sobs. The fallout continues on Tuesday when Sam learns that Samson's new charges could see his sentence lengthen, while Kammy tries his best to support Belle.

Family Rift Deepens

Sam and Cain lock horns again over who should move out, and Cain tries to get Belle to decide. She finally explodes, pointing out the glaring holes in both of their arguments before announcing that she's going to talk to Tom, leaving Sam and Cain deeply ashamed.

On Wednesday, Belle tells Kammy she wants to visit Tom alone, and he promises to give her ten minutes before intervening.

Kim and Thea's Bond Tested

Thea is wounded when Kim invites her to spend time together but falters when faced with telling Mary Goskirk about the true nature of their relationship. After Thea leaves, Kim confesses the truth. Finding support in the strangest place, Charity Dingle offers Kim advice, using her own relationship with Ryan Stocks as an example.

Charity later tells Thea that Kim told her the truth, also offering her some advice. On Wednesday, Thea is delighted when Kim announces they are mother and daughter to the Woolpack, though Joe remains ice cold to her, later convincing Graham Foster that they need to keep an eye on Thea and her intentions.

Nicola and Kev's Future in Question

While Nicola is shocked at Laurel Thomas' suggestion that Kev has feelings for her, Kev admits as much to Lewis Barton, leaving him concerned. Kev then aces his trial at Robert Sugden's new restaurants and earns a kitchen job, much to Lewis' delight.

Realising this means he'll be leaving the café, Kev tells Nicola, and both are saddened by the turn of events, even more so when Kev declines a final cup of tea.

Caleb's Secret at Risk

As Joe Tate continues to taunt Caleb over his night with Sadie King, Caleb insists Ruby would never believe Joe, but Joe counters that she'd definitely believe her 'best friend'. Caleb offers to put a deposit on a flat for Sadie in Banbury, but she pleads with him to stop thinking the worst of her.

Working alongside Sadie is difficult for Caleb, but when Ruby arrives and lays into her over a missing order, Sadie realises it's due to Caleb's own interference. As Caleb apologises to Sadie, Ruby bursts in to celebrate how Sadie fixed the situation, leaving Caleb back at square one. Later, Sadie promises Caleb she has no intention of causing complications, but as he leaves, she watches the video she captured of them sleeping together.
