Big Brother's Iconic Eye Logo Gets Stunning ITV Makeover Ahead of Reboot

Big Brother has unveiled a revamped version of its iconic eye logo ahead of the show's highly anticipated return later this year on ITV2 and ITVX. The first glimpse of the new design was broadcast during Monday night's Love Island final across ITV2, ITV1, ITV3, ITV4 and ITVBe.

The refreshed logo teaser follows the announcement that AJ Odudu and Will Best will host the rebooted reality series. The new Big Brother house is set to welcome its first housemates in October 2023, marking the show's first broadcast since its cancellation on Channel 5 in 2018.

ITV has confirmed that the revival aims to recapture the magic of the original Channel 4 series, which ran from 2000 to 2010. A TV insider revealed to The Sun that producers are considering including a small number of former contestants to help achieve this, though the lineup will primarily consist of new faces.

Potential returning stars speculated by sources include Chanelle Hayes, Makosi Musambasi, Nadia Almada and Nick Bateman. The insider emphasised that producers are seeking 'quirky' and 'controversial' individuals rather than Love Island-style personalities, saying: 'The names in the frame have proven track records in that respect.'

Big Brother will air later this year on ITV2 and ITVX, with further details expected in the coming months.
