Brad, who appeared on the show hosted by Stephen Mulhern, opened up about his terminal diagnosis during the episode, explaining that he was hoping to win £75,000 to kickstart his bucket list and leave money for his family.
Brad had a strong start in the game, eliminating several low-value boxes and keeping the £100,000 in play. The Banker offered him £12,500, but Brad, encouraged by his mother, turned it down. However, his luck turned in the final round, leaving him with just £5 after opening his last box.
Host Stephen Mulhern and fellow contestants were visibly moved as Brad spoke about his condition, comparing himself to Stephen Hawking, who lived for 55 years after his MND diagnosis. Despite his optimism, Brad expressed his disappointment, saying, 'This is my life. I've always had such bad luck.'
