The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a rare joint appearance last Friday at the David Foster Foundation 40th Anniversary Celebration in Canada. Meghan wore an off-the-shoulder black gown by Greta Constantine with a dramatic cape on one side, while Harry sported a classic tuxedo.
