Inside Princess Eugenie's £3.6m Portugal pad that Meghan loves

Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank have quietly established a new life in Portugal, spending much of their time at an exclusive coastal resort since 2022. The couple, along with their two young sons August and Ernest, have been living in the CostaTerra Golf & Ocean Club in Melides, Setúbal, where properties are valued at around £3.6 million.

The resort, often dubbed the 'Hamptons of Western Europe', offers luxury amenities including an 18-hole golf course, spa, equestrian centre, and private surf lessons. Eugenie has described Portugal as 'the dream', enjoying simple outings without the constant attention that follows a senior British royal.

Jack Brooksbank's role in marketing and sales for property entrepreneur Mike Meldman, who is managing the 300-home development, has been central to the family's relocation. The couple split their time between Portugal and the UK, ensuring their sons grow up with strong family ties in both countries.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have reportedly visited Eugenie and Jack there following the 2024 Invictus Games, highlighting their close bond. Meanwhile, Eugenie's mother Sarah, Duchess of York (Fergie), may spend time in Portugal amid discussions about her future living arrangements after Prince Andrew's departure from Royal Lodge.
