Celebrity Traitors fans believe they have worked out who is safe after a dramatic cliffhanger followed the exit of a Coronation Street legend. The BBC series saw two more stars eliminated from the Scottish Highlands, with The Last of Us star Bella Ramsey killed off early in the episode.
Traitors Maya Jama, James Acaster and Hannah Fry decided in the turret that Bella was their biggest threat and that the group of traitor hunters might disperse with her gone.
Bella Ramsey's reaction and roundtable drama
Learning their fate, Bella said: "Oh yes, thought this might be occurring… I think this was a clever move by the traitors. I was going to reset and start from the beginning because I got it so wrong with Myha'la. I think they were right to murder me because I think I would have maybe figured it out. I hope the faithful win, I really do feel attached to the faithful now. Goodnight, this is the end."
After a challenge in a creepy cabin that made Miranda Hart sick, the roundtable returned. Hannah Fry had to defend herself after Industry actress Myha'la aimed suspicions at her before being voted off in the previous episode.
Julie Hesmondhalgh's exit and the hide-and-seek twist
Former Coronation Street actress Julie Hesmondhalgh, who played Hayley Cropper on the ITV soap between 1998 and 2014, was voted off. She faced suspicion from the first episode after being given a shield as the 'most trustworthy'. Many contestants assumed that giving her the shield meant she was a traitor, but she was a faithful.
"You know how much I have loved every second of this experience. It has been immense. Alas it may mean I am not a phenomenal actor. I am indeed a Faithful," she said.
Claudia Winkleman later informed the traitors that they would not commit a murder. Instead, they had to nominate four faithfuls for a game of hide and seek with a twist. The four nominated were Little Mix singer Leigh-Anne Pinnock, former EastEnders actor Ross Kemp, and comedians Romesh Ranganathan and Rob Beckett. Brought outside in the middle of the night, they decided to give Leigh-Anne a key to keep her safe.
Fan predictions on X
Viewers rushed to X to explain why they think Ross is safe due to suspicions surrounding him. Most fans believe one of Rob or Romesh will be eliminated next.
@SarahLouise38_ said: "They won't kill Ross cuz of the suspicion on him being a traitor... So at least he should be safe for now #celebritytraitors." @fly_mc79505 added: "Wont murder Ross as they want suspicion in him."
@LisasCrisps wrote: "Ross Kemp is probably pretty safe because they can use it to their advantage and create a Traitor narrative on him and frame him. I think it'll be either Rob or Romesh so they can also create a bit of heat on the other!"
@Momrocks50 commented: "Protect Ross Kemp at ALL COSTS. #celebritytraitors." @neddthomas posted: "They won't kill Ross, they'll make him look like a traitor. If I had to guess I'd say they'll get rid of Romesh."
