Celebrity SAS Star's 'Outrageous' Pants-Wetting Incident Revealed 10 Minutes In
SAS Star Mack Horton Wet Himself After Being Ignored

A competitor on the upcoming series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins has shared an embarrassing and 'outrageous' moment where he was forced to urinate in his trousers just ten minutes into filming, after the show's infamous directing staff ignored his request.

The Dam Incident: A Desperate Situation

Retired Australian Olympic swimmer Mack Horton, 29, confessed to the incident during a virtual press event ahead of the show's eighth series launch this Sunday. He explained that the situation arose not from fear, but from a simple, urgent need to use the bathroom which was dismissed by chief instructor Billy Bilingham and his team.

"I was just busting to be honest," Horton stated. "When we were up on the dam... I put my hand up because I had to go to the bathroom and no one came, and I was like, whatever. Who cares at this point?"

Fellow contestant Toby Olubi, the Gladiators star known as Phantom, interjected with amusement, noting the incident's swift timing: "That was 10 minutes in though." Horton confirmed, "I was busting," to which Olubi added that the other recruits were none the wiser due to the intense scenario unfolding before them.

Horton humorously elaborated on the scale of the event, giggling: "It was huge as well. It went on for like a minute and a half. It was outrageous."

A New Series of Brutal Challenges

The eighth series of the popular Channel 4 show returns on Sunday 4th January at 9pm, featuring 14 celebrities from the UK and Australia. They will face terrifying challenges in North Africa under the command of Billy Bilingham, 60, and his directing staff: Jason Fox, 49, Rudy Reyes, 54, and Chris Oliver, 40.

Alongside Horton and Olubi, the recruits include Jessika Power, 33, from Married At First Sight Australia. The trio described the immersive and psychologically taxing nature of the experience.

"You do feel like you're really there," explained Olubi, an Olympian bobsledder and sprinter. "There's a lot of suspense, so you don't know what's coming up next, which really does take a toll on your sensory system... they really do compound each sense to make you feel sort of overwhelmed."

Mind Games and Unaired Moments

The celebrities also teased that many shocking moments from filming were left on the cutting room floor. Horton revealed the directing staff constantly played psychological games with the recruits, testing their discipline and resolve.

One memorable test involved a box of chocolates left out, labelled "Rudy's chocolates." Horton explained the recruits were monitored to see if they would eat them or hand them back. "You're always looking for where they're trying to get you," he said, highlighting the constant mental battle alongside the physical trials.

Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins promises another season of extreme physical and mental endurance when it kicks off on Channel 4 this weekend.
