Rob is a professional carpenter and furniture expert who has built a career around transforming homes and creating bespoke furniture, storage solutions and renovations. His practical skills and passion for repurposing unwanted items have made him a natural fit for television.

From Sort Your Life Out to a new challenge

Rob became well known for his role on Sort Your Life Out, where he is part of Stacey Solomon's team of experts. The BBC series sees the team help families declutter and reorganise their homes, with Rob using his carpentry skills to turn tired or unwanted furniture into practical and personal pieces.

His television work has made him a recognisable face among fans of home improvement programmes.

Childhood inspiration

Rob has previously spoken about how his love of making things began when he was young, with Lego helping to develop his fascination with creating things from scratch.

That childhood passion developed into a career in carpentry, leading him from working as a tradesman to becoming a familiar face on television. His building skills are a fitting match for Money for Nothing, where unwanted objects are given a second chance rather than being sent to landfill.

Money for Nothing broadcasts Monday to Thursday at 2pm on BBC One and is available on BBC iPlayer.
