Chloe Radford has been overcome with emotion after welcoming her newborn son in 22 Kids and Counting. In the upcoming instalment of the Channel 5 reality programme, scheduled to broadcast on Sunday (October 11), Chloe and Jacob adjust to life with their newest addition, Bodhi, who was born in April 2025.
Emotional confession over newborn
The parents find themselves stretched to their limits as the infant cries relentlessly. Following a medical appointment, the baby receives a clean bill of health, yet Chloe finds herself overwhelmed and tearful.
In a preview clip posted to Instagram, Jacob tells the camera, "It's an absolute nightmare, crying constantly, waking up all the time, and Chloe's bursting into tears."
"I may be struggling with postnatal depression," Chloe admits, before voicing her worries about Bodhi: "I think he's in pain." Chloe and Bodhi are subsequently shown in a hospital waiting room, with Chloe tearfully confessing, "I just feel guilty."
Fans rally behind the couple
Channel 5 captioned the clip: "Baby Bhodi won't stop crying. Although doctors say he's fine, Chloe is convinced something is wrong. Exhausted but refusing to give up, will she get to the bottom of the problem?"
Viewers flooded the comments section to rally behind Jacob and Chloe, with one writing: "Oh bless you xx Bhodi hope he's okay." A second added: "I feel this so much, had a colicky baby, and the newborn stage just gets ripped from you x", while a third chimed in: "My first was like that, but 40yrs ago I had zero help, zero ppl to ask, and the doctor just looked at you like (confused emoji)."
"My youngest was a colicky baby who wouldn't have anyone else but me," another supporter remarked.
Family life on screen
Chloe and Jacob welcomed Bodhi into the world in April 2025, with Chloe delighting fans by announcing the news on Instagram. The couple's family also includes Chloe's daughter, Mila, and son, Bodhi, whom she has with partner Jacob Wallace.
Noel and Sue Radford's 22 children include Chris, Sophie, Chloe, Jack, Daniel, Luke, Millie, Katie, James, Ellie, Aimee, Josh, Max, Tillie, Oscar, Casper, Hallie, Phoebe, Archie, Bonnie, Heidie, and their brother, Alfie, who was tragically stillborn.
