Myleene Klass Opens Up on Stalker Trial Trauma After Bold Fashion Statement
Myleene Klass Reveals Stalker Trial Evidence Was Censored

Smooth Radio presenter Myleene Klass made a striking impression in London this weekend, but behind the stylish facade lies the sobering reality of a recent stalking trial that continues to haunt her.

A Fashionable Arrival in the Capital

The former Hear'Say singer, 47, certainly turned heads during her appearance outside the Capital Radio studios on Leicester Square on Sunday. Myleene showcased a bold fashion sense, wearing a pair of sheer, frilly lace shorts featuring an intricate 3D rose design. She layered a vibrant red Sketchers hooded jumper beneath a classic beige Burberry trench coat, perfectly blending high fashion with comfort.

Her ensemble was completed with a pair of orange Aero Tempo Competition trainers, a large black quilted Chanel bag, and black sunglasses, creating a look that was both glamorous and understated as she navigated the central London landmark.

The Harrowing Stalking Ordeal

This stylish outing comes as Myleene has been reflecting on what she describes as a 'horrific and sobering' chapter in her life. Peter Windsor, 61, from Stetchford, Birmingham, was found guilty of stalking the presenter following a trial at Birmingham Crown Court in October.

The court heard how Windsor conducted a nine-month campaign of harassment between November 2023 and August 2024. His disturbing actions included sending an air pistol to her Classic FM offices and calling her a 'naughty vixen'. In sick correspondence, he asked her to 'correct him' with a whip and cane, alongside sending numerous letters, gifts, and fancy dress costumes.

Censored From Her Own Trauma

In a recent interview with The Times, Myleene revealed the deeply unsettling fact that some evidence in her stalker trial was considered 'too traumatic' for her to see. She explained that while everyone else in the courtroom had a full folder of evidence, the clerk was ordered to remove certain pages from hers.

'I was censored from my own life,' Myleene stated. 'I couldn't see what the others were seeing. So I was wondering what else was in there. If an image of a gun was considered OK, what was not OK? It was deeply worrying.'

She added that although it didn't occur to her at the time to insist on seeing the censored items, upon reflection, she now says she would have preferred to know the full extent of what she was facing.

The situation was further complicated by the revelation that for years, letters and packages from Windsor were intercepted by security at Classic FM's offices, who disposed of them to avoid worrying her. She was only made aware of the unwanted mail issue last August.

Myleene expressed her ongoing anxiety about this period, stating, 'I didn't know that my family or myself were in any danger. They asked me in court, 'Has he come to your work?' I'll never know. I sign autographs. I take pictures with people. I was a sitting duck.'

Peter Windsor was also found guilty of stalking Myleene's Classic FM colleague, Katie Breathwick, 54, after sending her a pair of binoculars, running shoes with spikes, a bottle of champagne, and a stamp collection for her son. Windsor had attempted to argue that some of his gifts were intended as a 'joke', but the court found him guilty on all stalking charges.
