Bonnie Blue back to work days after C-section birth

Bonnie Blue has returned to work just days after giving birth via C-section, telling Metro she is already documenting her body on Fansly. The controversial sex worker, real name Tia Billinger, delivered her baby at The Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital, the same ward where the Princess of Wales gave birth to George, Charlotte and Louis.

Baby arrives earlier than expected

Bonnie had initially told Metro she was due to give birth in ‘late October or early November’, making the arrival a surprise. She had tried for ‘years and years’ to get pregnant with her soon-to-be ex-husband, but said she conceived at her ‘breeding event’ on February 7, where she claims to have had unprotected sex with around 400 men.

The former OnlyFans star reassured everyone on TikTok that the baby was in good health, and that she was about to leave the hospital. In a video posted from the toilet, she said: ‘The baby’s here. Kid’s doing fine. I’ve had a baby I’m fine, had a C-section, the baby is super, super healthy.’

Recovery and advice for new mothers

Bonnie described the C-section as ‘painful but not as bad as I thought’, though she added that being sick made her feel like she had ‘fingered my stitches and ripped open’. She offered advice to other new and expecting mothers, including getting more babygrows than you think you need and taking up the offer of laxatives from your doctor.

She also shared that she is planning to formula feed, saying ‘I do not recommend breastfeeding’. The NHS currently advises giving nothing but breast milk for the first six months, though breastfeeding doesn’t always come easily and not all women feel able to.

Working throughout pregnancy

Bonnie did not take time off from making content during her pregnancy, posting controversial and sexualised material that sparked backlash. Her antics included being filmed licking a bottle of Grey Goose and appearing to do shots in Ayia Napa, as well as continuing to film explicit content while pregnant.

On June 8, she hosted a ‘Golden Shower’ event where masked men urinated on her pregnant belly, with short clips hitting four to six million views each on TikTok. On August 19, she hosted a ‘stretch me out’ event with multiple men in an attempt to get to ’10cm dilated’.

Calls for child protection involvement

Many called for child protective services to get involved. ‘Today I reported Bonnie Blue to Derbyshire child protection due to her REVOLTING plan to have a ‘golden shower’ on her body while pregnant,’ wrote @DrPamSpurr on X. A Change.org petition was also set up to demand ‘social services investigate Bonnie Blue for child abuse’.

When Metro questioned Bonnie on whether she’d been contacted by child protection services, she didn’t confirm or deny it. ‘There are some parts I’m not going to mention, but I’m not worried,’ she said. ‘I can say everything is fine, there are no risks and no one is bothered about what I’m getting up to.’

Future plans and safety measures

Bonnie previously told Metro she has to have security when she’s in public but doesn’t have ‘massive concerns’ about the safety of her child. She said she’ll need to make ‘sensible decisions’ before going out with the baby, and will only fly private with her child, insisting she won’t post any pictures of her baby online.

‘I’m already speaking to lawyers about what can I do to make sure the press or the public aren’t filming and uploading videos of the baby online, but it’s hard,’ she added. Bonnie has no desire to stop working and will officially return to a packed schedule in five weeks time, clarifying that her work is ‘very varied’ and she doesn’t ‘just bend over’.
