Lisa Rinna debuted a hair-raising new look at the star-studded Cannes amfAR gala on Thursday. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 62, swapped her usual brunette pixie cut for a dramatic blonde bouffant as she joined stars including Maura Higgins and Brooks Nadar at the event.
Show-Stopping Ensemble
Showing off her new hairstyle, Lisa arrived for the charity gala in a vibrant gown from the Germanier Spring/Summer 2026 Haute Couture collection. The piece, which featured a mix of electric and neon green feathers and sequins, was constructed from unsold garments from LVMH. Lisa's appearance at the gala will no doubt be a welcome reunion with Maura, after the pair appeared on The US Traitors together earlier this year.
amfAR Gala's Impact
The annual amfAR Gala helps support the Foundation for AIDS Research by raising money and awareness for the important organisation. Over the past 30 years, the highly-exclusive event has raised a total of over $265 million for AIDS Research, with a huge $17 million raked in last year alone.
Personal Milestones
While Lisa was solo for this year's gala, she recently celebrated 29 years of marriage with her husband Harry Hamlin. Rinna – who shares daughters Delilah, 27, and Amelia, 24, with her husband – shared a gushing tribute to the Mad Men actor on social media. '29 years married to Harry Hamlin. The love of my life, sexiest man alive, chef extraordinary, best husband and father… I love you more every day,' she captioned. The sweet words were accompanied by various photos of the pair from throughout their decades-long relationship. The post was soundtracked by the Whitney Houston ballad I Have Nothing. 'I think this might have been our first dance song… idk 30 years is a long time But it was definitely Whitney Houston!' she noted. 'One of the best days of my life, followed by the birth of my girls. So grateful for this beautiful family of ours.'
Memoir and Reflections
The mom of two's memoir You Better Believe I'm Gonna Talk About It was published in late February. In an interview with Cosmopolitan earlier this year, she explained why she chose to write her book, which included a portion about a past spat with Andy Cohen. 'It's about telling my side of the story more than anything. I'm too old to settle scores at this point,' she reasoned. The star added that RHOBH 'never showed me for who I really am. And I had a bone to pick with that.' 'Publishing this book is my way of speaking my side without anybody editing me out. And listen, I don't hold back in this book. I definitely don't,' she warned. She was a guest on the Cohen-hosted show Watch What Happens Live around the same time. At the time, he called her out about saying in multiple interviews that part of being on the Bravo reality series was 'acting' and that she 'created a character.' 'You were on the show for eight years and I don't want people to think that everything you did was faking,' he said while asking her to clarify what she means. Rinna answered, 'I think I became a characteristic of myself. I was never acting, but as I watch it back, it was a characterization of me being a housewife. Does that make sense? I think it does.'
