JLo Flaunts Sculpted Abs in Campy Instagram Video After Vegas Residency
JLo Shows Off Abs in Campy Instagram Video

Jennifer Lopez has wrapped up her Las Vegas residency, but she continues to showcase her dance moves and much more on social media. The 56-year-old entertainer recently took another opportunity to flaunt her sculpted abs in a crop top and lace-up jeans in a campy video posted to Instagram on Friday.

A Fan Encounter in the Studio

Lopez's remarkably toned torso took centre stage as a young woman wearing a plunging top stopped in front of an open dance studio and told the camera in a digitally altered voice, 'I don't know her personally, but I'm pretty sure that's JLo.' The supposed fan dashed inside where Lopez was rehearsing with her dancers.

Lopez, who was recently mocked for her diva antics, turned around and exclaimed in a high-pitched voice, 'OMG, wait, this is me… now!' This was an obvious reference to her self-financed 2024 musical project This is Me… Now, which included a studio album, two films, and a tour.

Bonding Over Music

The two women could have been sisters as they hugged and jumped up and down while Lopez's song On the Floor played on the soundtrack. The singer, whose divorce from fourth husband Ben Affleck was finalized in January 2025, has never been shy about showing off her famous assets. She maintains her awe-inspiring abs through a combination of weightlifting, high-intensity interval training, and dance.

Versace Jungle Dress Replica on TV

Meanwhile, the steamy new Amazon Prime series Off Campus featured a replica of Lopez's Versace jungle dress last week. Viewers loved the moment when main character Allie Hayes (Mika Abdalla) wore the superstar's iconic plunging gown from the 2000 Grammy Awards. In the scene, Allie crosses paths with hockey player Dean Di Laurentis (Stephen Kalyn) at a Halloween party, dressed as the legendary pop star.

Sharing a clip from the episode on X, Lopez wrote: 'Love this shooooww.' Lopez first wore the gown at the music industry's biggest event in 2000, before sporting a reimagined version in 2019.

Behind the Iconic Dress

Lopez previously opened up about her concerns regarding wardrobe malfunctions while wearing the iconic gown. However, her longtime friend and manager, Benny Medina, was 'adamant' that it was the one. Lopez recalled on the Moments of Fashion YouTube series in 2019: 'The only concern was whether or not my boobs were gonna pop out onstage because it was so low-cut, we literally laid double stick down and we stuck the dress to it and went out. There was never any danger of that. I was so securely stuck into that thing that there was gonna be no mishaps.'
