A Pivotal Figure in Metal History
During his time with Iron Maiden, Day performed on early demo recordings and helped establish the band's raw, energetic live performances that would become their trademark. His powerful vocals can be heard on the band's first demo tape recorded in 1976.
After leaving Iron Maiden, Day continued his musical career with other bands including More and Sweet Savage before eventually stepping away from the spotlight.
