Delta Goodrem's Chic NYD 2026: A $8k+ French Fashion Voyage with Husband
Delta Goodrem's $8k+ French Fashion NYD 2026 Voyage

Singer Delta Goodrem and her husband Matthew Copley ushered in the year 2026 with impeccable style, celebrating New Year's Day with a nautical adventure in Sydney.

A Fashion-Forward Start to the New Year

The Australian pop icon, 41, was photographed preparing to board a boat with her 44-year-old husband and a group of friends. Goodrem made a significant sartorial statement, showcasing her love for high-end French fashion with an ensemble valued at several thousand pounds.

Her look was anchored by an $800 velvet-trimmed tweed jacket from the Parisian label Sandro. Underneath, she revealed a striking one-piece swimsuit by the French brand Livy, priced at $695, which featured a distinctive wavy neckline and intricate gold chain detailing.

Continuing a monochromatic theme, she paired the outfit with dark, loose-fitting trousers and a pair of black leather Chanel sandals costing $2,700. Her accessories included multiple gold jewellery pieces and black Céline sunglasses.

Newlywed Bliss on the High Seas

The couple, who married in a lavish ceremony in Malta in June 2025, appeared thoroughly content in each other's company. Onlookers noted their affectionate demeanour as they shared romantic embraces on deck. Matthew Copley complemented the celebratory mood by carrying a box of Croser champagne aboard.

Goodrem was also seen with a luxurious Louis Vuitton canvas duffle bag, valued at $4,450, which seemed to be packed with belated Christmas gifts for their fellow passengers. She was photographed happily mingling with guests as the vessel prepared to depart.

Matthew's Casual Counterpart Style

While Delta championed high-fashion chic, Matthew Copley opted for a more relaxed but equally considered look. He wore an $890 swim shirt from Casablanca, left unbuttoned and boasting a bold geometric print, which he matched with a pair of shorts costing $569. He completed his outfit with Tom Ford sunglasses, sporting long, wet hair.

The day out underscored the pair's ongoing newlywed happiness following their Maltese wedding at St Paul's Cathedral in Mdina. The celebration later moved to the Palazzo Parisio in Naxxar. In a subsequent interview, Goodrem revealed she chose not to sing at her own wedding, wanting the day to be purely personal for family and friends.

The couple later shared breathtaking images of their big day in Vogue Australia, with Goodrem wearing a custom couture gown by Paul Vasileff featuring a dramatic two-and-a-half-metre train. Reflecting on Instagram, she described the event as "more magical than we both could have dreamed."
