London's Glittering Festive Kick-Off
The festive season officially began in style as Claridge's Hotel in London hosted the star-studded unveiling of the Burberry 2025 Christmas tree. The event saw a host of famous faces from the worlds of fashion, film, and television gather to celebrate the iconic holiday installation.
A-List Arrivals and Show-Stopping Fashion
Leading the glamorous arrivals was supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, 38, who commanded attention in a sophisticated leather brown trench coat. The former Victoria's Secret angel layered her trendy outerwear over a bold yellow checked shirt and matching wide-legged trousers. She completed her ensemble with a pair of Burberry's iconic print stilettos and chic gold hoop earrings, perfectly embodying the brand's classic aesthetic.
She was joined by Ted Lasso star Hannah Waddingham, 51, who embraced the festive spirit in a glittering black minidress. Hannah layered the dress under a brown cropped Burberry jacket and added inches to her frame with a pair of towering knee-high boots, carrying a large black clutch.
Patsy Kensit, 57, made a striking entrance, wrapping up in a bold white fur coat and showcasing a very leggy display in black knee-high boots. Meanwhile, socialite Emma Weymouth, 39, the Marchioness of Bath, dressed to impress in a plunging green halterneck gown, worn braless. She draped a brown coat and Burberry scarf off her shoulders, showcasing her amazing figure.
A Constellation of Celebrity Guests
The guest list was a veritable who's who of British talent. Screen legend Dame Joan Collins looked incredible in a smart black outfit paired with a gold-embellished jacket. Celia Imrie, star of The Traitors and The Thursday Murder Club, was in good spirits as she posed with friend and co-star Richard E. Grant. Celia opted for a stylish blush pink trench coat, while Richard rocked a brown suede trench and scarf.
Sabrina Elba, 36, looked effortlessly cool in a cropped trench coat teamed with wide-legged trousers, Burberry stilettos, and accessorised with brown leather gloves and a black clutch. Bridgerton actress Hannah Dodd looked elegant in a trench coat, stilettos, and a chic handbag, adding a pop of colour with a swipe of red lipstick.
Other notable attendees included Alexa Chung in a black leather cropped jacket, Jennifer Saunders, 67, in a gold metallic dress, and Mia Regan, Romeo Beckham's ex-girlfriend, who cut a quirky figure in a cropped green leather jacket and brown thigh-high platform boots. Olivia Coleman, Ncuti Gatwa, Georgia May Jagger, Leah Williamson, and Karen Elson were also among the stars who turned out for the glittering occasion.
Rosie's Family Focus and UK Return
The event comes after Rosie Huntington-Whiteley recently gave fans a glimpse into her family life. The English supermodel shared a series of rare snaps of her son Jack, eight, and daughter Isabella, three, whom she shares with fiancé Jason Statham.
The low-key British couple, who live in Los Angeles, first began dating in 2010 after meeting at a London party and experiencing what Rosie called 'instant chemistry'. They got engaged in 2016. Rosie has previously spoken about their plans to marry, stating, "I think the time will come. It's also not a huge priority for us."
She has also addressed the couple's 20-year age gap, remarking, "His knowledge and strength are really inspiring and attractive, and that can come with a man who's had a bit of time." The model, who grew up in Devon, recently revealed that her return to the UK in 2020 was always part of the plan to raise her children in the UK, highlighting her deep-rooted connection to her home country.
