Former EastEnders actress Tamzin Outhwaite has shared a deeply personal family update, revealing that her eldest child, Flo, 17, is transgender. The 53-year-old star, known for her role as Mel Owen, spoke candidly about how her family has navigated this journey together.
"We now have a son," Tamzin explained, reflecting on the transition from raising two daughters to embracing Flo's true identity. "It’s been a beautiful, albeit challenging, process of love and acceptance."
