The following day, Edwards shared another photo featuring Nicholas, this time with her close friend, celebrity interior stylist Steve Cordony, at a restaurant. The couple is staying at the exclusive Saffire Freycinet, a luxury resort on Tasmania's East Coast where suites can cost up to $5,000 per night. Edwards has posted envy-inducing photos showcasing their opulent hotel room and spectacular views of the Hazards Mountains and Great Oyster Bay.

This romantic holiday comes just days after Pip Edwards spoke publicly about her new relationship for the first time in an interview with Daily Mail Australia. When asked about how things were going with Nicholas while attending a promotional event for Biolae at Bondi's Icebergs, she simply stated, 'I'm happy. Very happy.'
Nicholas Nogarotto works as a director at the business consultancy firm Freshwater Strategy and serves as a non-executive director at the non-profit organization Karitane. Previously, he spent eleven years as executive director at global consultancy firm CT Group before leaving in 2022.
Family Background and Previous Relationships
Nicholas comes from a prominent family; his father, Remo Nogarotto, also worked for CT Group and is a former director of the New South Wales Liberal Party. Remo, a businessman and soccer executive, was later elected to the board of Football Federation Australia (FFA) in November 2018.
Pip Edwards debuted her relationship with Nicholas two weeks ago when they attended a VIP-only Prada party in Sydney. Observers noted they subtly coordinated their looks, with Edwards' white clutch matching Nicholas' designer sneakers.
