Noel and Liam Gallagher are reportedly finalising the lineup for Oasis's 2025 reunion tour, with bassist Andy Bell and guitarists Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs and Gem Archer confirmed to join them on stage. According to insiders, the band is also in talks with drummer Zak Starkey, the 58-year-old son of Beatles legend Ringo Starr, who previously played with Oasis in the 2000s.
An insider told The Sun: 'Noel and Liam are slowly putting Oasis back together and they're hoping to get Zak on board for drums. Andy has confirmed he is free for the tour now, with Bonehead and Gem both signed up, too.' The source added that original drummer Alan White, who left in 2004, will not be returning, describing Starkey as 'probably the best live drummer Oasis ever had'.
Starkey joined Oasis in 2004 and played until 2008, but reportedly fell out with Noel Gallagher, possibly due to his commitments with The Who. Meanwhile, Bonehead, who left the band in 1999, has been credited with helping to repair the relationship between the Gallagher brothers, alongside Liam's fiancée Debbie Gwyther. 'Bonehead is one of the few people they are both pals with,' a source told the Mirror.
Gem Archer, who replaced Bonehead in 1999, has remained close to both brothers and later played in Liam's post-Oasis band Beady Eye. Andy Bell, who joined as bassist in 1999, also continued with Beady Eye and recently supported Noel's High Flying Birds with his band Ride. The reunion tour is set to include 19 live gigs next year, though ticketing has faced criticism from fans who missed out on a private ballot, calling the system a 'shambles'.
