Maya Jama marked Halloween 2026 by transforming into Olympic hero Sir Mo Farah, just hours after losing the final of Celebrity Traitors. The 32-year-old wore a bald cap, a faux goatee, and what she described as Sir Mo's "actual Olympic outfit and real medals."
She revealed the costume with photos pretending she had run the TCS London Marathon. In a social media post, Jama wrote: "This year I wanted to pay homage to @SirMoFarah our Olympic champ and all round legend (and I think we look alike lowkey)."
Stars Dressed Up for Saturday Night Halloween
With Halloween falling on a Saturday night (October 31), many famous faces hit the town in costumes inspired by favourite people and fictional characters. Former This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby went for a ghoulish look featuring red eyes and a bonnet, posing in front of a decorated front door covered in skeletons, pumpkins and flowers.
Sort Your Life Out's Stacey Solomon and her husband, actor Joe Swash, recreated a scene from the 1990s romantic comedy Pretty Woman. They joked they were the "Temu version" of Julia Roberts and Richard Gere's characters.
Couples and Character Costumes Among the Highlights
Solomon explained the choice in a post: "Happy Halloween. Love from The Temu Version of Pretty Woman. I'll be honest as soon as i saw this bathroom I wanted to recreate this scene. The kids wanted to be skeletons & witches this year so it was our perfect opportunity for a couples costume."
She added a note about the recreation: "Sorry about the copy and paste fake bubbles I had to add in but fun fact, this bath has no water so here we are, happy Halloween! Hope you have the best day! P.S we are clothed under the bubbles."
Love Island star Olivia Attwood and her boyfriend, TV presenter Pete Wicks, went for classic couples costumes as the Joker and Harley Quinn. Other standout efforts included David Tennant's wife Georgia dressed as The Traitors host Claudia Winkleman, and Little Mix star Perrie Edwards as "Cruella De Mum."
