Former X Factor contestant Lucy Spraggan has revealed the shocking extent of an injury she sustained while filming Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, which left her requiring surgery.
The singer-songwriter, known for her candid storytelling, shared the gruesome details of the intimate injury she suffered during the intense Channel 4 reality show.
A Painful Ordeal
Spraggan described how the injury occurred during one of the show's notoriously brutal challenges. Though she didn't specify the exact nature of the incident, she confirmed it was severe enough to require medical intervention.
'I won't go into too much detail,' she said, 'but let's just say it was painful, embarrassing, and definitely not something I expected to happen on TV.'

The 32-year-old underwent surgery shortly after leaving the show, though she kept the ordeal private until now. 'It was a proper operation,' she admitted. 'Not something you'd associate with a reality TV show.'
Despite the setback, Spraggan praised the medical team and said she's since made a full recovery. 'It's all healed now, but it was definitely one of the more unexpected parts of the Celebrity SAS experience.'
