Hollywood icon Liam Neeson, known for his intense roles in films like Schindler's List and the Taken series, has revealed a surprising secret about himself – he's a terrible dancer.
The 71-year-old actor, who is set to star in the upcoming Naked Gun reboot, shared the hilarious confession during a recent interview. "I'm a dreadful dancer," Neeson admitted with a laugh. "I have no rhythm whatsoever."
From Action Hero to Awkward Moves
Neeson recounted a cringe-worthy moment from his early career when he was asked to dance on stage during a performance. "I looked like a newborn giraffe trying to walk," he joked, describing the embarrassing incident.
The Oscar-nominated actor, who has performed his own stunts in numerous action films, surprisingly revealed that dancing is where he draws the line. "I'll jump off buildings, but please don't ask me to dance," he quipped.
Neeson's New Role in Naked Gun
The Northern Irish star is currently preparing for his role in the reboot of the classic comedy The Naked Gun, where he'll be stepping into shoes previously filled by the late Leslie Nielsen.
While fans might expect some slapstick physical comedy, Neeson insists there won't be any elaborate dance numbers. "They've been very understanding about my two left feet," he revealed about the production team.
Despite his self-deprecating humor about his dancing abilities, Neeson remains one of Hollywood's most respected actors, with a career spanning over four decades and including everything from dramatic roles to blockbuster action films.
