Katie Price has moved her son Harvey into a temporary residential home after he wrecked her kitchen, and he is enjoying his new space.

The former glamour model said she decided to move her eldest son, who has Prader-Willi Syndrome, into accommodation after the damage. She revealed that Harvey is enjoying his new space until the place he planned to move into is ready.

Why the move happened

Speaking on her podcast with sister Sophie, she said: "This week I am chilling now. So Harvey has gone to a residential temporary place now, because after three kitchen cabinets and just everything I’m just like, honestly, he is ruining my house."

She added: "I’ve said he’s got to go into this place, the place we have been waiting a year and a half for. So he’s gone somewhere else up the road, he’s loving it, he’s got his own little flat until his place is ready."

Harvey settling in

She continued: "He FaceTimed me this morning while he was in the swimming pool, showing me the bubbles, when he saw trains. I set it all up for him, done his food shop for the week and he’s got the carers there so he can get into the routine for when he moves to Littlehampton. So fingers crossed he likes it."

Harvey, who also has autism, ADHD and oppositional defiant disorder, was prescribed Mounjaro and has already lost two stone. She shared of his progress: "He's started Mounjaro because I told you he's lost two stone. And I can really see him losing weight."

Health concerns

Sharing his struggles before, she added: "I’m not worried about his eyesight. What I’m worried about is him having a heart attack, his obesity."

She said: "He weighs just under 30 stone. I’ve tried going private with him to start him on Mounjaro, but because of his medical… it’s easy for me to just give it, but because of his other medication, you have to have all the team tick it off."

She added: "It’s getting to a point now, where he doesn’t want to walk anywhere, he gets out of breath and sweats and they have said he is at high risk of having a heart attack."

"You try to [force him to walk] but he literally breaks into a sweat. I bath him twice a day and it breaks my heart seeing him get in and out of the bath because he’s so big and heavy."
