Katie Price appears to have let slip plans for another cosmetic procedure, with a date already in the diary. In a behind-the-scenes video filmed during a recent appearance at The Two Brewers nightclub in Clapham, South London, the 48-year-old former glamour model seemed to reveal her next surgery plans during a casual conversation.
Footage shared on the venue's Instagram account showed Katie using her fingers to pull the skin around the outer corners of her eyes upwards, seemingly demonstrating the results she hopes to achieve. 'I'm doing that in February,' she could be heard saying.
Fox-eye lift speculation
While Katie did not explicitly name the procedure, her gesture suggested she could be planning another fox-eye lift, a treatment designed to raise the outer corners of the eyes and create a more elongated, almond-shaped appearance. If that is what she has planned for February 2027, it would not be her first time undergoing the procedure. According to The Sun, Katie previously underwent a fox-eye lift during a trip to Turkey in August 2025.
Her cosmetic surgery journey began almost three decades ago, when she underwent her first breast enlargement in 1998, aged just 20. Since then, she has had numerous breast augmentations and reductions, alongside facelifts, lip lifts, rhinoplasty, liposuction and various procedures around her eyes.
Cost and past procedures
Katie previously estimated that she had undergone somewhere between 30 and 40 cosmetic operations, including a reported 17 breast procedures. Earlier this year, she left Olivia Attwood stunned when she revealed how much she had spent on her various transformations. Appearing on the former Love Island star's ITV series The Price of Perfection, Katie was asked to estimate the total cost of her cosmetic surgeries.
'I've probably paid £40,000 in all – for surgery,' she revealed. Olivia was taken aback by the figure, given Katie's extensive surgical history. However, the reality star explained that she had been offered numerous complimentary procedures over the years, meaning the amount she had personally forked out was considerably lower than the likely total cost. She insisted the availability of free treatments had not influenced her decision to have them. 'I would pay for it if I wanna get it done,' Katie declared.
Past surgery mix-up
Her previous trips to the operating theatre have not always gone entirely according to plan. During an episode of The Katie Price Show podcast with her sister Sophie, Katie recalled a misunderstanding ahead of one procedure. She explained that doctors had mistakenly believed she wanted a back lift, a procedure involving removing excess skin from the upper body.
'Before I went down and the doctors come and see you, and they thought I wanted a back lift!' she recalled. The confusion was cleared up before the operation, with Katie making it clear she had no intention of undergoing the unexpected treatment. 'I don't want a back lift! I said, "Lucky you said that!"'
For now, Katie has yet to formally confirm whether another fox-eye lift is indeed on the cards. But judging by her backstage conversation, February could already be shaping up to be another busy month in the surgery calendar.
