Katie Price hits out at ex Lee Andrews with cryptic Instagram post
Katie Price cryptic dig at ex Lee Andrews after prison release

Katie Price has appeared to aim a cryptic dig at her estranged husband Lee Andrews, posting on Instagram: “You glow different when you have good people with good intentions in your life.”

The 48-year-old reality star confirmed last month that she had dumped him via a WhatsApp message. Since then, the pair have removed each other from their Instagram accounts. However, Katie appears to be moving on, having just announced a UK podcast tour with her sister Sophie.

She shared the message on her Instagram story on Monday night (October 12), suggesting she had moved on from people in her past with bad intentions.

Accusations of a ‘scammed heart’

The post was likely aimed at Lee, who she accused of “scamming her heart”. During an interview on ITV’s Good Morning Britain, she said: “I love him… but who is he? I love the man I met. I can’t take it. I was stupid to fall for him. It’s really sad.”

The mum-of-five said she discovered he had only £2.22 in his cryptocurrency wallet, despite his claims of having millions. Lee has insisted he did have the funds and that Katie was looking at the wrong account.

Lee’s release and denial

Asked by hosts Ed Balls and Susanna Reid if she thought Lee loved her too, Katie replied: “I do believe he did. I think he’s got himself in such a situation… where he copy and pastes what he says to women… I do believe he’s fallen for me.”

Katie insisted Lee never took any money from her, but said: “I feel like he scammed my heart and stole my trust that I had, and me defending a man constantly because he made me believe that, ‘Kate, come on, you know I’m not like this.’”

Lee revealed last week that he was finally out of Dubai’s Al Awir prison, but was forced to clarify that he wasn’t dead after a strange memorial post appeared on his Instagram. His ex accused him of faking his own death for attention, which he has since denied.
