Katie Miller Podcast: A Joyless Curriculum for the MAGA Mom

Katie Miller, wife of Trump adviser Stephen Miller, has launched a podcast aimed at luring conservative women into the MAGA fold. But critics say the show, which features softball interviews with top Republicans, lacks genuine appeal and feels more like propaganda than persuasion.

In a recent episode with Pete Hegseth and his wife, Miller avoided tough questions about allegations against the war secretary, instead asking about family rules. Hegseth replied, “Obey God.” The podcast, effectively the White House’s unofficial show, emphasizes devotion to God, family, and Trump.

Miller told Axios she wants to reach conservative women to grow Trump’s legacy. Her approach includes instruction on being a MAGA-approved wife and mother, warning against seed oils, anti-Trump protesters, and “transgender ideology.” She has also expressed skepticism about vaccines and hormonal birth control, blaming the latter for low birth rates.

Miller, a former DHS and Pence aide, is best known for saying she was sent to the border to see family separations but it “didn’t work.” She now works as an aide to Elon Musk while running her podcast, which she claims fills a gap for conservative women online—a claim disputed by the existence of other similar shows.
