BBC's Strictly Come Dancing is set to dazzle audiences once again in 2025, with rumours swirling that two of pop music's biggest names – Natalie Imbruglia and Delta Goodrem – are in advanced talks to join the lineup.
Insiders claim producers are pulling out all the stops to secure the Australian-British singing sensations for the new series, which promises to be one of the most star-studded seasons yet.
Pop Divas Ready to Tango?
Imbruglia, best known for her 1997 global smash Torn, and Goodrem, the chart-topping Neighbours star-turned-pop-princess, would bring serious musical pedigree to the ballroom. Both artists have maintained successful careers spanning decades, with Imbruglia recently celebrating the 25th anniversary of her debut album.
Gladiator Joins the Battle
Adding to the excitement, former Gladiators star Nitro (real name Mark Smith) is also reportedly in negotiations. The fitness expert and TV personality would bring his trademark athleticism to the dancefloor, potentially giving the professional dancers a run for their money.
Production Shake-Up
The 2025 series marks the first under new executive producer Sarah James, who has promised 'bigger names and bolder performances' following last year's ratings dip.
