Michelle Hardwick, known for playing Vanessa Woodfield in Emmerdale, has shared a new photo of her baby bump on Instagram as she prepares to welcome her second child, a baby girl, with wife Kate Brooks this winter.
The 46-year-old actress posted a monochrome image showing her cradling her bump while wearing a black bralette and satin bottoms. She captioned the photo: 'Not long til we meet you baby girl'.
Her Emmerdale co-stars quickly responded with supportive comments. Amy Walsh wrote: 'Oh my GODDDDDDD this picture is beautiful', while Fiona Wade added: 'You look absolutely beautiful darling!!'
Hardwick and Brooks, who met on the set of Emmerdale where Brooks works as a producer, married in 2019. They already have a two-year-old son named Teddy. The couple revealed the baby's gender during a live appearance on Loose Women in August.
The actress recently increased security at her Leeds home following homophobic death threats. She praised a local security company on Instagram, stating: 'This was a fully paid for job, not a paid ad. I just wanted to post because they were fabulous.'
