Chloe Sims Opens Up About TOWIE Transformation and Family Feud Regret

Former TOWIE star Chloe Sims has spoken candidly about her dramatic personal transformation since moving to Los Angeles, admitting the 'Chloe from TOWIE' no longer exists. The 42-year-old, who was the longest-serving cast member on the ITVBe show until her departure in 2021, has spent the past 18 months on the California coast, leading to significant changes in her mental, physical and emotional state.

Sims revealed that the pressure to maintain a 'perfect' image has melted away. 'When I first went to LA, it was very rare for me to be recognised. I realised I could just be anyone I wanted, and that took away a lot of the pressure of perfection,' she told OK! magazine. 'I started to relax. The whole idea of perfection that I had in my head started to melt away.'

The reality star is currently renovating a country home in Essex, which will serve as her UK base amid transatlantic trips. She is temporarily living with her grandmother, Linda. The property will also house her 19-year-old daughter Madison, who splits her time between LA and Essex. Sims said she is grateful to be able to support her daughter financially, allowing her to take time to decide on a career path.

Sims also addressed the fallout with her sisters Frankie and Demi, which was documented in her show 'House of Sims'. The series, which initially streamed on OFTV before moving to Netflix, showed the breakdown of their relationships, with her sisters returning to Essex. Sims admitted she is not proud of how she handled the situation, saying she 'always strives' to do better.
