Brooklyn Beckham 'Out of Place' in Awkward Photoshoot

Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz-Beckham drew fresh online criticism after sharing a Halloween photo with close friend Damian Hurley, with some followers branding Brooklyn a “spare part”.

The couple attended a Halloween party in matching Flintstones outfits before changing looks for another event. Brooklyn, 27, wore a Superman costume with smart trousers, while Nicola opted for a Catwoman outfit. Damian Hurley, 24, posed alongside them in a leather jumpsuit inspired by the design Michael Jackson wore before the release of his Dangerous album.

Fans Question the Trio's Dynamic

In the photo, Brooklyn stood behind his wife smiling as she put her arm around Damian. Brooklyn posed with his hands in his pockets while the others embraced. One user joked: “Nicola & Damian = couple goals”, while another said the shot gave “3rd wheel vibe”. A fourth asked: “Why is she wearing a matching costume with some other guy?”

Despite the comments, Brooklyn was also seen getting close to his wife. With his fake muscle shirt on full show, he grabbed Nicola and placed his hand on her bum as she wrapped her leg around him and gazed at the camera.

Recreation of Childhood Photo

This is not the first time the trio has baffled followers. Brooklyn and Nicola recently recreated a childhood photograph with Damian after enjoying downtime together following Sir Elton John's birthday celebrations. In the original image, Brooklyn and Damian were toddlers joined by a blonde woman, Esme Bertelsen, daughter of TV star Susannah Constantine. Nicola, who wasn't in the original picture, took on the woman's role in the updated shot.

“Obsessed,” Esme said underneath the picture. Damian's mother, actress Elizabeth Hurley, gushed: “Golly, I remember so clearly when the first shot was taken at Woodside…. what happy days. Sorry I missed the re take.” Susannah joked: “'Show us your teeth, Brooklyn'. Can't believe that was 24 years ago!!”

Others were less complimentary, with one user asking: “Why is Nicola included in the 2nd slide if she isn't the baby in the first one? Just asking.” A second questioned: “Wait Brooklyn and Nicola knew each other since babies?”
