Twitch streamer Angryginge has announced he is leaving the Bov Boys, the YouTube collective known for videos of the group completing different challenges. The 24-year-old YouTuber, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, shared the news in a joint post on Instagram, leaving fans heartbroken.
Emotional farewell message
The I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! winner said "the story ends here" as he bid farewell to the group. He wrote: "I know this isn't the news you were expecting, however, it's the news that is here."
He added: "Before I go any further, I just want to say THANK YOU! Thank you for all the love for the BOV Boys these last 12-18 months. Without you, the memories, support and love wouldn't have been the same."
Brothers for life
Angryginge described the Bov Boys as "my brothers for life" and said he loves them all as one. He continued: "But in life, you never know where your story ends, and for me and BOV, the story ends here."
He reflected on the group's journey, saying: "It's been an amazing time, with memories I will take to my grave, from Benidorm to our first ever recording in London."
Group's rise and future
The collective comprises Angryginge, Chazzer (Charlie Clark), Tays (Michael Taylor), Jakey (Jakey Davies) and Heinz Baines (Ryan McCaul). Their content ranges from drunk boxing to opening up fake ventures including a salon, pizza restaurant and car wash.
Since launching in 2025, the Bov Boys have amassed more than half a million subscribers on YouTube and in excess of 350,000 followers on Instagram. To mark his departure, the group shared a video teasing a fake funeral, which will be published on Friday.
Despite the end of his run with the group, Angryginge said "the love and friendships go on". He added: "I'll still be with the boys most days on stream and sharing memories every week as usual."
He concluded: "This hasn't been an easy decision, but the boys will smash it without me and maybe you'll prefer it. I'm wishing them nothing but the best of luck."
I'm A Celebrity win
The social media star was crowned King of the Jungle of I'm A Celebrity in December 2025. He faced down enormous spiders, tackled a menu of jungle delicacies that included ox tongue and crocodile anus, and attempted a drinking trial with his friend Aitch.
Along the way, he gained new fans while defending Taylor Swift during a campfire debate and opening up about wanting to find love as well as crying over feeling homesick and missing his family.
