Amanda Holden has spoken out about an awkward wardrobe malfunction that occurred while she was walking her dogs. The 55-year-old Britain's Got Talent judge, who recently welcomed a third rescue dog named Dolly, was out with all three dogs when the mishap happened.
During an appearance on Heart Radio, Holden explained that she had clipped her dog poo bag container and car keys to the zipper of her top to keep her hands free. However, the weight of the items caused the zip to come undone, leaving her exposed. 'I look down and the weight of the dog poo bag and my car keys had unzipped me all the way and it was completely [open],' she said.
Holden admitted she was grateful to be wearing underwear, adding that she rarely wears a bra. She compared the incident to Erika Roe, who famously ran topless onto the pitch during an England vs Australia rugby match in 1982. 'Thank God I'm wearing a bra, but it looked like I was running around doing a bit of an Erika Roe,' she joked.
The mishap occurred as a sweet elderly couple approached with their poodle, leaving Holden frantically trying to zip herself up. 'You know when you're going, 'Oh my god', they probably think I'm flashing them,' she laughed.
Later in the show, Holden revisited the incident with guest Jessie Ware, stating that she had 'exposed everything' during the walk. The conversation prompted co-host Jason King to remark, 'Nine-oh-six, welcome to Tuesday!'
