Adam Thomas has emerged victorious in the latest series of I'm A Celebrity... South Africa, securing the title of 'ultimate legend 2026' following a public vote. The actor and former Emmerdale star beat off competition from Olympic legend Sir Mo Farah, who finished in second place, and football manager Harry Redknapp, who came third.
Controversy Erupts During Live Finale
The live finale was overshadowed by a heated exchange between Thomas and former footballer Jimmy Bullard. Bullard accused Thomas of being 'abusive, aggressive and intimidating' during an unaired argument, alleging that Thomas used 'c-bombs' directed at him. Host Ant McPartlin, who was present during the altercation, disputed Bullard's characterization of the exchange, suggesting it was not as aggressive as portrayed.
Thomas Accepts Responsibility
In response to the allegations, Thomas accepted responsibility for his actions, attributing his behaviour to the high emotions of the competition. He expressed continued affection for Bullard, stating that the incident was blown out of proportion. David Haye, another campmate, made a sarcastic remark during the exchange, adding to the tension.
