Strictly Come Dancing returns for its third live show of the 2026 series tonight, Saturday, October 10, with the remaining 14 couples taking to the ballroom. The show airs at 6.15pm and runs for 2 hours and 20 minutes, concluding at 8.35pm.
Last weekend’s Movie Week saw Chris Appleton and Amy Dowden become the first couple eliminated. The judges – Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke, and Craig Revel Horwood – chose to save Jaime Winstone and Carlos Gu in the dance-off.
Ballroom vs Latin Group Battle
This week’s group performance pits two teams of Strictly professionals against each other in a Ballroom vs Latin showdown. Anton Du Beke captains Team Ballroom, while Shirley Ballas leads Team Latin. Craig Revel Horwood and Neil Jones will referee the contest.
The results show airs on Sunday, October 11 at 7.10pm, lasting 50 minutes. It will feature the dance-off and confirm the second celebrity exit. After the results, audiences can watch Strictly: Lights Up on BBC iPlayer, where Tyler West and Abi Clarke interview the eliminated couple.
