Scarlett Moffatt has given birth to her second child. The TV presenter from County Durham announced the news on her Instagram page, alongside partner Scott Dobinson.
Moffatt shared a series of photos online with the caption: "Our beautiful boy is here! Clark Xander Dobinson."
"Arriving a little earlier than expected and not quite as straightforward as planned, our little family of four was made complete on Monday," she wrote.
"Our hearts have never been so full, and I'd do it all again for you, Clark."
Celebrity well-wishers
Celebrities have flooded the comments wishing the couple well, including fellow North East celebs Sarah Millican, Denise Welch and Drag Queen Miss Rory. Other well-wishers included her Strictly dancing partner Vito Coppola, and I'm a Celeb South Africa winner Adam Thomas.
Among the images uploaded was a smiling Scarlett with her son on her chest while Scott, wearing scrubs, kissed her forehead. Another photo shows the baby in beige and brown clothes with his name on the chest.
Her last on the reel showed baby Clark in his travel seat. Scarlett, wearing an all-black outfit, smiled as she held a balloon saying Little Baby Boy.
Previous pregnancy and second baby news
It has been three years since she announced her first pregnancy. On 29 June 2023, she announced that she had given birth to a son, Jude, five weeks early.
In May, Scarlett exclusively revealed to The Mirror that she was expecting another baby boy and said: "I was born to be a boy mum."
"I'm so excited," she said at the thought of her first child, Jude, having a little brother. She continued: "All my family and friends knew I wanted another boy."
"Of course it would've been wonderful to have had a girl – a healthy baby is all that matters – but my preference was a boy, to give Jude a brother. I'm just so happy for him. He's got someone to share his life with now."
In August, Scarlett said that being pregnant with baby number two hasn't quite been as plain sailing.
She said: "The first trimester was horrific. With Jude, I was lured into a false sense of security – I kept thinking that all my friends who were pregnant were dead whingy because I had no morning sickness or any symptoms, other than the fact I could feel him moving about."
She added to The Sun at the time: "But this time, the first trimester I was still working and filming and I was getting bad travel sickness – I've never had that in my life before. I was also running off to throw up at work."
