Kaleb Cooper, the 28-year-old farm manager at the heart of Clarkson's Farm, has become a household name since his TV debut in 2021. The Amazon Prime series follows Jeremy Clarkson's Oxfordshire farm, with Kaleb playing a vital role in the daily running of Diddly Squat Farm, managing heavy machinery and acting as a voice of reason for the novice farmer.
Wedding and Family Life
Kaleb married his long-term girlfriend Taya Wilkinson in July 2024, after proposing on Christmas Day 2022. The ceremony took place at a 500-acre estate in the Cotswolds, minutes from Diddly Squat. Kaleb arrived in a £250,000 orange McLaren, wearing a three-piece suit, while Taya chose a floral dress with a baby blue design instead of a traditional white gown.
The couple live in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, with their three children: Oscar, five, Willa Grace, three, and Ashton, one. Ashton was born in August 2025, and during the latest series, Jeremy Clarkson had to radio Kaleb with the news while he was working in a field, so he could get to the hospital in time.
Career and Earnings
The family home is a four-bedroom semi-detached house, but Kaleb also spends time in a caravan on his own smallholding to stay close to his livestock. Away from the show, Kaleb has toured nationally with The World According to Kaleb, sharing stories about farming and working with Jeremy Clarkson.
According to Wales Online, Kaleb earned around £1m last year, with £800,000 from media and TV work, £100,000 from his Cooper Livestock Ltd products, and £60,000 from merchandise. He also runs his own firm, Kaleb Cooper Contracting, which provides specialised farming machinery and labour to local farms.
Books and Spin-Off
Kaleb has written three books, including The World According to Kaleb, Britain According to Kaleb: The Wonderful World of Country Life, and It's A Farming Thing. His success has inspired a new generation of farmers, with the British Farming Awards establishing the Kaleb Cooper New Entrant of the Year Award in his honour.
Prime Video has commissioned a four-part spin-off show called Kaleb: Down Under, which will see the star travel to Australia to explore one of the world's biggest farming markets.
