Coronation Street fans have reason to celebrate as Ryan Thomas is set to reunite with Sue Cleaver, who portrayed his on-screen mother for 16 years in the popular ITV soap. The reunion comes as Ryan prepares to take on the notorious banker in a celebrity edition of Deal or No Deal on Saturday night (August 8), alongside his brother Adam.
Celebrity Line-Up and Behind-the-Scenes Photos
Lending their support from the sidelines will be family members, close friends and a host of well-known faces. A series of photos shared online reveals Ryan standing beside Sue, with actress Sheree Murphy alongside them, best known for portraying Tricia Dingle in ITV's Emmerdale.
Beside Ryan stands his former Emmerdale star brother Adam, who has his arm draped around the shoulders of fellow soap stalwart Kelvin Fletcher, widely recognised for his role as Andy Sugden in Emmerdale before his departure in 2019, reports the Daily Star.
The Thomas family link doesn't stop there, as their brother Scott will also be joining them, together with their mum and partners Caroline Daly and Lucy Mecklenburgh. Further celebrity appearances come from the likes of Lisa Snowdon and Strictly Come Dancing favourite Luba Mushtuk, who treated fans to a collection of behind-the-scenes photographs from her time on the programme.

She captioned the images: "Don't miss the Deal or No Deal Celebrity Special tomorrow at 7pm on @itv @adamthomas21 and @ryanthomas84 had the best time. It's definitely worth tuning in." It wasn't long before the post was flooded with comments, with many expressing their delight at seeing the brothers reunited with some of their former colleagues.
