Teenager Remembered After Tragic Incident at Sea
Michael Oliver Henry, aged 19, was tragically lost at sea on Tuesday, 7th July, shortly after his nineteenth birthday. He is remembered as the adored son of Joe and Rachel, loving brother of Patrick and Grace, and a treasured grandson of Tony and Patsy. A service of Thanksgiving for Michael's life will be held at All Saint's Church, Rothbury on Thursday, 23rd July at 2:00pm. Donations in his memory may be given to the R.N.L.I.

Mary Faulkner of Ashington, aged 76, died after a long illness; Peter James Fenwick, aged 77, passed away at home; and Veronica Gilmour of Whickham, aged 71, died in Freeman Hospital. Michael Glynn of Seaton Sluice, aged 80, died suddenly at home.
John Francis Herring of West Denton, aged 88, died peacefully in hospital; Jane Elizabeth (Jenny) Heslop (nee Taggart) of Stanley, aged 98, passed away surrounded by family; and Robert Hetherington of Gateshead, aged 78, died at home. Pam Highmoor (Nee Mole) of Jesmond, Newcastle, aged 84, passed away peacefully in Wordsworth House.
Phyllis Margaret Jackson of Burnmoor, aged 69, died with family by her side; Kathleen Kirton of Gateshead, aged 94, died at Craigielea Care Home; and Edwin Derek Lane (Ted) of Whitley Bay, aged 84, passed away peacefully with his children present.
