Jamie Webster has announced a three-night residency at Liverpool's Jacaranda Baltic venue to celebrate the launch of his fourth album, Running Round The Sun. The shows will take place on Friday, August 21, Saturday, August 22, and Sunday, August 23, 2026.
From Pub Circuit to Stadiums
Webster rose to prominence on Liverpool's pub circuit and became the city's unofficial musician after a video of him performing 'Allez Allez Allez' went viral in 2018. Since then, he has achieved phenomenal success, with sell-out performances at Sefton Park, Liverpool Waterfront, and the M&S Bank Arena, as well as three albums. His last two albums charted at #2 and #3 respectively.
Intimate Shows at Jacaranda Baltic
The Jacaranda Baltic residency will be intimate, with a capacity of just 450—a stark contrast to his famous Sefton Park gig where he sold over 40,000 tickets. Webster will play his new album in full at these shows, along with some crowd favourites. When buying tickets, customers can choose the Jacaranda Edition of Running Round The Sun, which includes a 7-inch vinyl pressing of the fan favourite 'Weekend In Paradise'—never before pressed to vinyl.
Webster on His Fourth Album
Speaking to the ECHO in May, Webster said: "I can't quite believe that it's my fourth album already. Time passes you by when you're having fun, doesn't it? It's been nearly two years since I've done my own proper tour with the band, under all the lights and everything else. Sometimes I feel like when you take a bit of time out, you feel like you've sort of fallen behind a little bit. So I'm really looking forward to getting out now and putting my foot on the gas and, you know, knocking down a few more walls and breaking through a few more ceilings, hopefully. It's Jamie Webster, like what you'd expect from Jamie Webster, but just a little bit more developed and a little bit more mature. But still loads of energy, loads of talking from the heart and loads of things for people to grab onto."
Support from Jacaranda Records
Managing Director of Jacaranda Records Graham Stanley said: "We've been a supporter of Jamie Webster from the first album, and likewise he has been a supporter of what we do. So a three-night residency at Jacaranda Baltic seems a perfect way to celebrate the release of Jamie's fourth album."
