East Kilbride Camera Club is bringing its new season into sharp focus, with members set to return on Monday, September 7. The club is also marking a special anniversary this year, as it may be 70 years old but it is still developing.
Season launch at Calderglen Country Park
The Sports Club in Calderglen Country Park will be the venue as photographers from absolute beginners to professionals, and everyone in between, get together. Sessions are scheduled to run from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
A club spokesperson said: “We are delighted to announce that the new season of East Kilbride Camera Club commences on Monday, September 7, at the Sports Club in Calderglen Country Park, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

“As we celebrate our 70-year anniversary, a significant milestone, we invite you to join us and be part of this momentous occasion.
“Our club welcomes photographers of all skill levels and genres, from novice to expert, and everyone in between.
“With a diverse membership of over 75 individuals, ranging from 18 to infinity, we offer a dynamic community that fosters growth and learning.
Free taster sessions offered
“If you share our passion for photography or wish to explore this creative medium, we invite you to attend our sessions for free for a couple of weeks to experience what we have to offer.”
