Car Firebombed in Fife: Police Probe Early-Hours Attack

Police have launched an investigation after a car was firebombed on a residential street in Fife in the early hours of Tuesday, June 30. Emergency crews responded to Kirkland Gardens in the Methil area at approximately 5am following reports of a vehicle on fire.

Details of the Incident

Firefighters extinguished the blaze, and no injuries were reported. An image from the scene shows the car engulfed in flames as a man reaches inside the vehicle. Police Scotland have confirmed that the white Audi A3 was deliberately torched.

Police Appeal for Information

Officers are reviewing CCTV footage in and around the area and have appealed to the public for any additional information. Detective Constable Matthew Wilson stated: "I would appeal to anyone who may have information regarding this incident to contact us. Any small piece of information could be significant in our enquiries."
