Three neo-Nazi terrorists who idolised Adolf Hitler and plotted a violent 'race war' targeting mosques and synagogues across the UK have been handed significant prison sentences at the Old Bailey.
The Terror Cell Unmasked
Brothers Troy and Jordan Brock, aged 34 and 32 respectively, alongside 24-year-old Kain Ewers, formed a dangerous far-right cell that amassed an arsenal of weapons and developed detailed plans for terrorist atrocities. The group operated from a run-down flat in Harlow, Essex, which served as their headquarters for plotting attacks against religious communities.
Chilling Evidence of Extremism
Investigators discovered disturbing Nazi propaganda and terrorist manuals during raids on the group's properties. Evidence included:
- Multiple knives, axes, and other weapons
- Homemade explosive devices and instructions
- Hitler's autobiography 'Mein Kampf' and Nazi memorabilia
- Detailed reconnaissance of potential targets
- Racist manifestos outlining their hate-filled ideology
From Online Radicalisation to Real-World Danger
The court heard how the trio progressed from online extremism to active plotting, with their discussions escalating from racist rhetoric to concrete plans for violence. They shared extremist content through encrypted messaging apps and carefully studied previous terrorist attacks to refine their methods.
Sentencing and Security Response
Judge Mark Lucraft KC described the group as having 'white supremacist and antisemitic beliefs' and sentenced them to terms ranging from 6 to 11 years in prison. The successful prosecution has been hailed as a significant victory for counter-terrorism police, who monitored the group for months before intervening.
Detective Chief Superintendent James Harman, head of the Counter Terrorism Policing Southeast unit, emphasised that 'this case demonstrates our determination to tackle all forms of extremism, regardless of ideology.'
