The sentence handed to the man who fatally stabbed student Henry Nowak in Southampton will be reviewed by the Court of Appeal. Vickrum Digwa, 23, was jailed for life with a minimum term of 21 years after killing Mr Nowak, who was aged 18. The case has been referred to the Court of Appeal under the unduly lenient sentence scheme.
This is a developing story. More updates will follow as the review progresses.
