Three women from the UK are missing in South Africa, 6,000 miles from home, after they did not board their flight back to the UK. Liz Osbourne, Kimberlee Langley and Mel Wright have been reported missing after failing to return from their holiday.
Family Raises Alarm
Concerns among family and friends grew after the trio became uncontactable. The women, from Market Harborough, were reported missing on November 4.
Liz and her niece Kimberlee made the 6,000-mile journey to South Africa with their friend Mel. The trio is believed to have left the UK on October 22 and were due to return between October 30 and November 1. However, family and loved ones have said they have not been contactable since.
Whereabouts Unknown
Their whereabouts are currently unknown. It is believed that the flight home may have been delayed and diverted via France, although this has not been confirmed.
Liz's daughter Courtney has filed a missing person report for the three women. In an online plea, Courtney said: "My Mum Liz Osborne has been officially declared as a missing person. Along with my cousin Kimberlee Langley and Kim's friend Mel Wright.
