Court Proceedings

The court heard that all three defendants face an additional amended count of possessing three push daggers in a private place. However, the charge was not formally put to them as District Judge Henry Gordon requested clarification on the amendment details and whether the offence was charged within the six-month time limit for prosecution.

All offences are dated December 4, 2025, the day after the incident in which Henry Nowak was killed. Judge Gordon set a trial date for September 27, 2027, with a case management hearing scheduled for June 4, 2027.
