Geoffrey Baulcomb, 62, formerly of St. Helens, Merseyside, was sentenced at Nottingham Crown Court after being convicted of conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm. The court heard how he acted as a 'foot soldier' for the group's ringleader, Marius Gustavson, who ran a website profiting from videos of these brutal procedures.

Baulcomb, who had previously served as a vicar, was described as a committed follower of Gustavson's ideology. He assisted in multiple procedures, including holding down a victim's legs during a castration. The group's activities were not only illegal but incredibly dangerous, performed without any medical training or proper hygiene standards.
