The incident occurred in broad daylight, with witnesses reporting the man scaling the building without any apparent reason. Authorities are now urging anyone with information to come forward to assist with their investigation.

Several onlookers described the scene as "bizarre" and "unsettling," with one local stating, "He was just climbing like it was normal—no shirt, no shoes, nothing."
